SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At Marquis Who's Who, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.

Unless stated otherwise, all orders will be charged applicable sales tax and shipping fees. Click here to view shipping charges. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Marquis Who’s Who does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. When ordering please provide a valid street address.

Books
Books are typically shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Books ordered after publication date may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery within the United States (U.S.). For delivery outside the U.S., please allow 8-13 weeks.

Please note: books that have not yet been published will be shipped after publication date.

Merchandise
Domestic shipments are sent via UPS, international shipments are sent via USPS.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery within the U.S. For delivery outside the U.S., please allow 10-12 weeks.

Please note: to ensure proper engraving, items including a full biography for books that have not yet been published will not ship until after the book’s publication date.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be requested within 30 days. To return an item, please contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization number. Please note: personalized items are non-refundable; exchanges will be accepted for defects or errors in production only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is defective or you received an item in error.
